The hotel shows significant wear and tear. popped windows that were fogged up and stained furniture detracted from the experience. Cleanliness left much to be desired—food crumbs everywhere in the room, and a sticky toaster raised some hygiene concerns. Kitchen amenities lacked essential items, with missing cutlery and glassware, and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Food crumbs were everywhere, the toaster was sticky and floors left our feet dirty. The fans provided for cooling were loud and ineffective, and some amenities were not functioning properly. It leaves me questioning the level of upkeep at this venue.

The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the spacious suite provided a comfortable experience. Despite being an older property, it offers good value for money and access to both an indoor pool and the beach. The nearby café and bakery made breakfast convenient, and the local dining options were a plus during my stay.

Towels were a bit on the thin side.

The views from my Oceanfront Patio King Suite were simply breathtaking—water stretching as far as the eye could see. I loved the spacious layout of the suite, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast delivered right to my room, making the experience even more enjoyable!

Had a great time soaking in the stunning views of the marina from our room. The cozy bed made for a comfortable stay. The location puts you right in the heart of Cowichan Bay, and the local dining options are fantastic. Just wish the cleaning could have been a bit better.

The Deluxe King Suite was super spacious, and the view was breathtaking—ocean and mountains right from the window. The bed was heavenly, I fell asleep in no time. But, the furniture was showing its age with some stains, and there wasn't much in the kitchen for cooking. It would be nice if the amenities matched the price we're paying!
